WEEKS 16 TO 12 CONTEST DIET

MEAL 1:
(1) 4oz chicken breast
1 tbl sp. flaxseed oil
1 scoop whey protein
12 to 15 egg whites
6oz oatmeal

MEAL 2:
(2) 5-6oz. chicken breast
5oz gr.beans or broccoli

MEAL 3:
8-10oz eye of round
1/2 cup carrots
sweet potato

MEAL 4:
9oz white tuna or regular if you can stand it
6oz gr. beans

MEAL 5:
(PRE-WORKOUT) 60grams whey or egg protein

MEAL 6:
45 grams carbo hit
45 grams protein

MEAL 7:
8-10oz. eye of round, chicken or turkey breast
5-6 oz. green beans
1/2 potato

BEFORE BED:
1 tbl. sp (natural) p. butter
30 grams protein

LECITHEN GEL TABS: every other meal
DIGESTIVE ENZYNE: every solid meal
CALCIUM TAB: every other meal
1 A DAY WITH IRON: 1 a day
VIT. E: 400 IU twice a day
POTASSIUM: 2 per day
B COMPLEX: 1 a day
